Where does VALORA deliver?
We deliver across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide metro areas, with free delivery over $280.00 in Brisbane Metro and over $1,000.00 in the other metro areas. Everywhere else in Australia, our team quotes freight for your order individually — you're never charged a made-up rate.
Can I pick my order up instead?
Yes — Click & Collect from our Brisbane pickup point is always free. The location and collection instructions are provided after your order is confirmed.
How do I pay?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available), PayPal, or bank transfer (EFT). EFT orders are reserved and dispatched once payment clears, and every paid order receives an ATO-compliant Tax Invoice by email.
Do you have trade pricing?
Yes. Apply for a trade account from the Trade page — approval adds trade pricing to your existing VALORA account. Trade tiers are calculated automatically from your rolling 90-day purchases and upgrade (or downgrade) daily. Discounts never stack: you always pay the best single applicable price.
How does VALORA Club work?
Every registered customer is automatically a free member. You earn 1 point per A$1 of qualifying spend on paid orders, points are valid for 12 months, and you redeem them for rewards from your account dashboard.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your unique referral code or link from your account. When someone you refer places an order, uses the paint and submits it for verification, you earn referral cashback into your Referral Wallet — and they receive welcome VALORA Points on their first verified order. You earn A$10 for every bucket priced at A$150 or more, and A$5 for every bucket under A$150. It keeps going: every future order they verify earns you cashback again, for as long as they keep buying — each order needs to be placed within 90 days of their last verified one, so a customer who keeps painting keeps earning you cashback. Refunded orders have their cashback reversed. Bank payouts are available once your Available Referral Wallet balance reaches A$100, and you can convert any of your Available balance into VALORA Points at any time — A$1.00 becomes 100 Points.
Can you recommend a painter?
Often, yes. Tell us about your job on the Find a Painter page and our team will introduce you to an independent painting professional who suits it. The introduction is free, and your contact details are only shared once a match is confirmed.
What's your returns policy?
Our returns and refunds policy is on the Returns page, and nothing in it limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If something's wrong with your order, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Will the colour on my screen match the paint?
Not exactly — monitors and lighting change how colours appear. Treat on-screen colours as a guide and confirm your choice with a physical sample before purchasing.
