Every VALORA account is a free VALORA Club membership — points on every paid order, and a rewards catalogue to spend them on.
What membership includes
- Points on every paid order — 1 point per A$1 of eligible product spend, added automatically.
- A rewards catalogue you can redeem from your account dashboard.
- Order history, projects and quotes in one place.
Pending and available points
Points start as Pending Points when your order is paid, and become Available Points 30 calendar days after your order is delivered or collected. Only available points can be redeemed. Your rewards page shows both balances and the date your pending points arrive.
Trade members
Trade customers keep full VALORA Club benefits alongside trade pricing. Discounts never stack: you always pay the best single applicable price.
Programme terms
- Points are earned on eligible product purchases only — 1 point for every A$1 of eligible product spend, after any discount.
- Delivery and freight charges do not earn points.
- Points remain pending until your order is delivered or collected.
- Pending points become available 30 calendar days after delivery or collection. Only available points can be redeemed.
- Pending points may be reduced or cancelled following a cancellation, return or refund.
- If redeemed points can't be fully recovered after a refund, future points may first be applied to your Points Adjustment Balance.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the day they become available. Points expiry and eligibility remain subject to the full programme terms.
- VALORA may correct points awarded in error or arising from reversed transactions.
Membership is free. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred; refunded orders adjust points automatically.
