Shipping & Delivery
VALORA ships from Brisbane stock, with metro delivery in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, free Click & Collect in Brisbane, and freight quotes everywhere else in Australia.
Brisbane Metro
Free delivery on orders of $280.00 or more. Below that, choose free Click & Collect or paid local delivery — the delivery fee (when available) is shown at checkout before you pay.
Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide Metro
Free delivery on orders of $1,000.00 or more. Below that, a delivery fee applies where a supported rate is available; otherwise our team will quote freight for your order.
Click & Collect (Brisbane)
Always free. The pickup location and collection instructions are provided after order confirmation.
Everywhere else in Australia
We don't guess freight to regional and interstate areas outside the metro zones. Place your order and our team will contact you with a freight quote before dispatch — your product total is confirmed at checkout, and freight is quoted and paid separately.
